• 10:30-11:00 – Introductions from Microsoft & TSG – Get to know our ambitions for the housing sector and how we can help you get the most out of your technology investments, whether that’s Office 365, your HMS or something else.

• 11:00-12:00  – Core technologies overview – what we’re talking about right now, including in-depth use cases of SharePoint, Teams etc. Learn how these tools interact with HMS, how other housing associations are using them and how innovative applications such as Doc-connect, LiveTiles and Nintex could unlock hidden potential in your business.

• 12:00-12:30 – Lunch break

• 12:30-13:30  – Interactive sessions & share-shop – discuss your individual perspectives on how you are currently using Office 365, what your experiences have been, where you see potential for improvement, in addition to sharing best practice and knowledge.

• 13:30-14.00 – Closing and actions which TSG can support on – Where we can offer consulting, DPS engagements to get your housing association started or build on your existing environment and skills to help you progress.
