Our People

Paul has spent 30 years in the IT industry – in channel management, product management, marketing and business leadership roles – for both IT Vendors and Partners.  Of particular note:-

• 12 years with Microsoft.  The first six year were spent managing their business applications channel in the UK.  The second six running Product Management for their Dynamics NAV product – now Business Central.
• 5 years with Microsoft Partner - The NAV People.  Paul joined as non Exec Chair when private equity invested in the business.  Paul then moved into the CEO role and led the sale of the business to PE backed Node4.

Paul joined TSG as non Exec Chair in July 2024 when Pictet invested in the business.
