Ask your prospective Sentinel partner what their NPS score is. What is NPS? A Net Promoter Score is a customer loyalty metric that predicts the likelihood of a customer repurchasing from you or referring your company to a friend. The benchmark for UK IT service providers is 62.
If they don't measure NPS or their score is less than 62 - look elsewhere.
