The importance of data can’t be overstated; when you’re able to extract value from your data, you can use it to make strategic and operational decisions based on real-time data and fuel the growth of your business. This is crucial for a sector as complex as food and beverage. Whether it’s tracking sales performance, managing supply and demand, controlling inventory or optimising processes, valuable data becomes lost and disjointed in a sea of isolated software applications and operations.
However, with a strong business intelligence system in place, you can extract valuable data that gives you the information you need to improve your business operations and processes.
TSG’s Food & Beverage Sector Lead, Darren Rafferty, is hosting a “Lunch & Learn” that will explore and demonstrate how unifying your data with a business intelligence solution helps you to continuously monitor and analyse the KPIs of your business. The session will also provide insight into how to integrate with and draw data from your existing ERP and other line of business (LOB) applications.
Also joining will be TSG’s Head of BI Practice, Carl Hunter, who will demonstrate the award winning Qlik Sense software. Carl will showcase how dashboards, data visualisations, and analytics can create a deep, evidenced-based understanding of your business to power informed decisions. Essentially, Qlik’s self-service platform empowers your workforce to extract all the data they need, from a single source.
