TSG Customer Academy: Do you know what your data is doing?
In the digital age, businesses of all shapes and sizes have access to countless amounts of data that is produced and flows throughout their operations, like water, on a day-to-day, minute-by-minute basis. Those who are choosing to embark on a journey of unlocking the value that lies within this data are one step ahead… and this could be you too!
Business intelligence (BI) as a concept is nothing new, but thanks to new dedicated, intelligent technologies it’s now affordable and accessible to businesses of all sizes. However, before jumping into the tech that can help you visualise, segment, present and, ultimately, analyse your data, it’s important to have a strong understanding of the principles and approaches that form the foundations of achieving great things from your business intelligence projects, enabling you to ask the right questions and get answers that will provide you with actionable insights.
Join us for our latest TSG Customer Academy webinars on Tuesday 17th November with our Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, Carl Hunter, who will be taking you through an introduction to key data principles, showing you how to build a data culture within your organisation, and helping you get to grips with the latest technologies which can empower you to do more with your data.
