TSG is proud to announce that we’ve been awarded Platinum Partner status by our telephony and communications partner Gamma.
This is a fantastic achievement and a credit to our hard-working telephony experts, who have helped us quickly progress from Accredited Partner to Gold Partner to the highest accreditation available, Platinum Partner status.
To gain Platinum Partner status, TSG needed to meet a number of high-level objectives and requirements set by Gamma, in order to demonstrate to customers that we can deliver Gamma solutions to the highest standard.
TSG now has access to a number of additional benefits that translate into advantages for our customers including more access to support, training and funding, as well as direct links to the Gamma escalation team. This ensures customers are dealing with staff highly-qualified in Gamma solutions that have the ability to manage and solve any issues that may arise.

TSG offers a number of solutions from Gamma including hosted telephony, mobile convergence, ISDN and leased line connectivity, but gained its Platinum Partner status after the strategic decision to focus primarily on hosted telephony solutions.
Gamma offers a number of voice solutions, all of which are underpinned by multiple layers of technical and geographical resilience to maximise uptime and availability.
